There’s no direct metro access, which isn’t relevant to your move itself but tells you something important, this is a car-and-truck community, and every sub-community here has its own gated entrance with its own security checkpoint.

Villas in Al Reem, Palmera, and Alma tend to be townhouse-style, built close together around shared parks, narrower streets, smaller plots. Moves here are usually more straightforward, less furniture, tighter internal spaces to navigate, but still needing the same gate coordination as anywhere else in Arabian Ranches.
Mirador and Alvorada villas run bigger, four and five-bedroom homes with garages and more established gardens, which means more outdoor furniture and generally a bigger crew needed. Savannah and the Polo Homes cluster sit at the larger end again, private pools, maid’s rooms, sometimes a home office or gym that adds real volume to the move that a bedroom count alone won’t capture.
